Tips On Preparing Your Poster
The maximum size allocated for each poster is 85x120cm Be sure to use a type size and font that will be easily readable. No electrical or multi-media displays. Consider including a small picture of yourself in the corner of your poster and uploading a picture to your profile in the online submission site so people looking for you at the meeting may recognize you. Also consider including contact information in case someone wishes to ask you questions about your work but is unable to connect with you at the poster sessions.
Onsite At The Meeting
Photographing, videotaping, or recording of any kind IS PROHIBITED (including but not limited to camera phones and digital devices)
All posters will be displayed daily. The poster area will be closed after the last event of the day in the center for security reasons.
Poster number will be sent to those who have registered for the conference and completed their abstracts after 15 July 2018. You can also request assistance in finding a poster number at registration.
Poster setup begins Sunday, 5 August 2018 from 8:00AM-5:00PM
Poster numbers will be released after 15 July 2018.
Posters must stay up until after 3:00pm on Thursday 9 August 2018.
All Posters Must Be Removed By 1:00 p.m. on Friday 10 August 2018. Posters not removed by that time will be discarded.
